Instructions
In a small bowl, combine paprika, turmeric, coriander, ground ginger, sea salt, and white pepper.
Rub 3/4 of the seasoning mixture all over Ahi fillets. Rub each fillet with oil, then divide rest of seasoning blend evenly between fillets, making sure to fully coat tops, bottoms, and sides of fish.
